Sales Policy

We’re thrilled to be part of your celebration! The guidelines below help us deliver beautiful cakes on time and in perfect condition. If anything is unclear, just reach out — we’re happy to help.

Ordering & Lead Time

  • Custom cakes are handmade with care. Please order 3–4 business days in advance; wedding cakes need about 7 days.
  • Short-notice orders may be possible depending on capacity — message us and we’ll do our best.
  • We always aim to honor your reference images, but exact replicas aren’t guaranteed (colors and finishes can vary slightly).

Payment

  • Full payment confirms your order. We accept Visa/Mastercard (AED) and bank transfer.
  • Prices include VAT where applicable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Delivery & Pickup

  • We deliver across the UAE (fees may apply). Traffic can be unpredictable, so please allow a time buffer.
  • Helpful tip: When possible, schedule delivery for the day before your event and keep the cake in the fridge. This avoids last-minute stress and keeps your cake stable.
  • Please inspect the cake at handover. Once it’s received in good condition, safe transport and storage are in your care.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Cancellations made ≥ 3 business days before delivery/pickup: full refund.
  • Cancellations made < 3 business days before delivery/pickup: 50% charge.
  • Changes to delivery date, location, or design should be requested ≥ 3 business days before delivery/pickup.

Cake Structure & Decorations

To keep multi-tier and sculpted cakes stable, we use food-safe, non-edible supports (e.g., wooden/plastic dowels, wires, toothpicks, internal forms). These are standard in professional cake making and must be removed before serving. Please take extra care around children.

Storage, Serving & Cake Care

  • Follow our Cake Care Instructions for transport, refrigeration, and serving.
  • Refrigerate perishable cakes; for best flavor and texture, keep cakes chilled until close to serving time.
  • Not following the Cake Care Instructions may affect eligibility for refunds or replacements.

Complaints & Fixes

  • If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup and include clear photos. Many issues can be repaired same-day.
  • We may request part of the cake be returned the same day to assess and make things right.

Refunds

  • We’ll consider a refund or replacement if the wrong product was supplied, a manufacturing defect is verified, or damage occurred before handover.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (card refunds can take up to 45 days to appear on statements).
  • The maximum refund or compensation is limited to the value of the cake and any delivery fee paid.

Resale (Brokering) Guidance

For safety and quality control, our cakes are for direct personal use. Purchasing to resell at a markup or brokering without our written consent isn’t permitted.
